How do I access my template after purchasing?

There are 2 easy ways to access your template:

  1. After your order has processed, you will immediately receive an email that corresponds with your order to your inbox.  The email will contain a direct link to access your template in Corjl.
  2. You can also access the template by visiting Corjl.com and clicking the Customer Login button and selecting a purchase from Shopify.  Then, you can proceed to enter your email affiliated with your purchase.  You will also need to input your order ID number and our shop name, Lilly Belle Paperie.

Please note that in order to access your template, you will be required to create a FREE account.  Neither Corjl or I will share any personal information - we guarantee you won't receive any spam emails or notifications.

What size envelopes fit our 5x7 invites?

5.25" x 7.25" (A7) envelopes will perfectly fit our invitations.  We don't provide envelopes with printed invitations at this time, so you will be responsible for purchasing your own.

Home Printing

You just downloaded your file!  Now what?  We recommend printing .PDF files with trim marks for best quality (print multiples per page to save paper!).  White matte card stock (either 100lb. or higher) is recommended.  All of our designs are high resolution once downloaded from Corjl.  If there are issues with printing, we would suggest checking printer settings including weight, style/color of paper, ink levels, etc.  

Our Printing Service

We are more than happy to print and ship your order if desired.  Our processing time for printed orders is 1-3 business days.  All orders are printed on premium quality card stock and laser cut for precision.  All orders will ship via Express Priority Mail (1-2 Guaranteed business days), so you could receive your order in as little as a week!


Professional Printing

You can print your order at a local print shop, office supply store or online print services such as Staples, Office Max/Depot, Walmart, Walgreens, Costco, etc.  Please remember to select premium card stock instead of photo paper.  Most of these companies will prefer a .JPG file and may require a bleed, which can easily be added before downloading from Corjl.  Just download the file and upload on a USB flash drive or online to the printer of your choice.

Shipping destinations:

  • At this time, we ship to US & Canadian locations.  International orders can be processed at an additional charge

Shipping times:

  • National & Canadtion orders take 1-2 business days to be delivered to you and will ship within 1-3 business days of purchasing.
  • International orders can take 8-20 business days to be delivered and will ship within 1-3 business days of purchasing..
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

  • Orders to the U.S. cost a flat-rate of $12
  • Orders to Canada will cost a flate-rate of $25
  • International Orders will be charged based on location (prices will vary)
  • All orders can be upgraded to quicker delivery methods if needed.  Prices will be displayed at checkout. 

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Refunds are not available on digital and custom orders
  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email lillybellepaperie@gmail.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • If the return is acceptable, Lilly Belle Paperie will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.

Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

  • The customs value is made up of:
  • the price paid for the goods,
  • the insurance cost,
  • the shipping cost.
