Absolutely! If you would like to make any changes, please feel free to contact me. Each file can be edited twice at no additional cost. After that, an additional service fee will be charged.
If you need the size of a template changed, please don't hesitate to ask. I will be happy to change it at no additional cost!
What is Corjl?
As an FYI, Lilly Belle Paperie uses a free online software called Corjl for our editable templates.
Every listing that uses Corjl will have a small blue circular icon on the main picture that says "Personalize with Corjl." After your purchase has processed, you will receive an email from Corjl prompting you to access your file. Most templates will be available for 30 days unless noted in the description of the listing. Do you offer Print Services? If so, how do I select that option?
At this time, only select digital items are available for print services. While the price will vary depending on the size printed, most items will cost $.50 to print with a $30 minimum. If you find an item that does not offer print services, please contact me as I may be able to print a custom order for you.
All printed items will ship via Fedex Express (1 business day) for $12. This is included in the total price in most listings. Please allow a minimum of 3 business days to receive your printed items.
How fast will I receive a digital template?
If your item is an instant download, you will receive it via email immediately after payment is cleared.
If your items required personalization, you will receive your files via within 48 after payment.
If you upgraded your order to print, please allow an additional 3-4 business days for delivery.
