Shipping Policy

Every Lilly Belle Paperie printed order is custom made just for you, so each one is printed to order after your proof is approved.

Production time
Printed orders are produced within 2-5 business days after you approve your final proof. Production time does not include weekends or holidays. If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out before ordering, and I’ll do my best to help.

Shipping method
All printed orders ship within the United States via FedEx Priority, with guaranteed 1–2 business day delivery. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Shipping cost
The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping destinations
Printed orders ship to addresses within the United States only. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I’m not able to redirect packages once they’ve shipped, and orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout can’t be reprinted for free.

Digital services
Website design, branding, training, mentor calls, and maintenance services are delivered online and do not ship.

Returns and refunds
Because every printed order is custom made, all sales are final and orders cannot be returned or refunded. Please review your proof carefully, including spelling, contact details, and colors, before approving it. See the full Refund Policy for details.
